COST OF STUDY IN CANADA
Rs 800,000 – Rs 900,000 per year including tuition fees and cost of living

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE
ALGOMA UNIVERSITY
$5000 Entrance Scholarship (UG,Competitive, Renewable)
$500 – $ 2500 Entrance Scholarships (UG, Non Renewable)

SAINT MARY’S UNIVERSITY
– 40% to 60% Additional Entrance Scholarships (Deadline 15th March) (UG, Competitive, per Year)
– 10% to 30% Undergraduate Entrance Scholarships (Deadline 15 March) (UG, Automatic, Per Year )

ST. THOMAS UNIVERSITY
– A/A+ (or equivalent) $5,000 (year 1), $2,500 (renewable years 2 –4)
– B+/A- (or equivalent) $2,500 (renewable all 4 years)
– $4000- $85000 Scholarship based on academic achievements, leadership qualities, extracurricular activities and financial needs (Deadline 1st March)(Competitive, Per Year)

HUMBER COLLEGE
3 X 100% renewable scholarships (Competitive,Per Year)
2 X $5000 renewable renewable scholarships (Competitive,Per Year)
20X$1000 CAD entrance scholarships (Competitive,Year 1)

WORKING IN CANADA AS A STUDENT
– students can work 20 hours per week part time during term time
– students can work 40 hours per week full time during holidays

PAID INTERNSHIPS / CO-OP PLACEMENTS
Most Canadian Universities offer paid work placements where students can work 3-4 months in their field of study during summer holidays.

WORK PERMIT AFTER STUDIES
COURSE DURATION 8 MONTHS – 2 YEARS:
Work Permit equivalent to duration of course

COURSE DURATION MORE THAN 2 YEARS:
3 year Work Permit

Students will automatically be considered for scholarships
