Offshore Finance and Administration
The offshore finance and administration qualifications are global offshore qualifications, established, regulated and controlled by the Institution of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). * The certificate provides an entry-level qualification for those wishing to enter or is already employed within the offshore finance sector to gain a basic knowledge of the underlying principles and business environment existing in offshore finance. Candidates who successfully complete the COFA will be eligible for direct entry onto the DOFA programme.
